Jim Birkholz, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Southeast and Florida at Taylor Morrison, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions, including President of Domain Homes Corporation in Florida from 2019 to 2023, and President of the Florida West Coast Division at Mattamy Homes from 2016 to 2019. Additional experience includes serving as President of the Northeast Florida Division at CalAtlantic Homes from 2012 to 2016, Managing Director at Pinnacle Consulting from 2008 to 2012, and President of multiple divisions at PulteGroup from 2002 to 2008. Jim holds an MBA with a triple major in Management, Real Estate, and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
