Mike Sullivan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently a Partner at Taylor English Duma LLP since February 2006, Mike Sullivan contributes to a unique law firm model that blends large firm expertise with smaller firm pricing. Prior roles include Counsel at Stites & Harbison, where responsibilities included the expansion of the corporate practice in Atlanta, and General Counsel at Sanmina-SCI, overseeing legal affairs and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in Mike Sullivan's career, significant achievements were made as SVP-General Counsel at SCI Systems, managing legal matters during substantial company growth, and as General Counsel at ITEC, Inc. Mike Sullivan holds a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a BA in Government from Fairfield University.
