Angelica Lillieroos has over a decade of experience in customer support and operational roles within the transportation industry. Currently serving as Marknadskoordinator and Kundcenter at Taxi Stockholm since February 2022, Angelica previously held positions including Trafikledare and Ansvarig kundsupport at the same company. Prior roles at Cabonline Stockholm involved managing existing and new customer accounts, contract handling, and complaint management. Angelica's earlier experience includes extensive customer interactions and transport scheduling as a Trafikledare at TOPCAB I STOCKHOLM AB, as well as providing agentsupport and customer service at FLYGTAXI Sverige AB. Angelica holds a degree in Communication and Media from Kunskapsgymnasiet Globen, completed in 2010.
