Narsi Saggurthi has extensive experience in customer and product support, currently serving as AVP at Tavant since September 2018, following a role as Sr. Director at the same company. Prior to Tavant, Narsi held multiple positions, including Global Service Delivery Director, Service Delivery Director, and Service Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from 2003 to 2018. Narsi holds a Master of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, earned between 2001 and 2003.
