Willem Capel is a seasoned expert in hydrology and water management with extensive experience in advising on (geo)hydrological issues across various multidisciplinary projects. Currently serving as a Senior Adviseur (Grond)water at Tauw bv since May 2014, Willem possesses broad knowledge of groundwater management on both local and regional levels. Prior roles include Senior Adviseur at KWA Bedrijfsadviseurs from April 2011 to April 2014, focusing on industrial extraction, groundwater issues, and integrated water management, as well as a longstanding position at Tauw bv from August 1994 to March 2011, where Willem led projects and provided expertise on qualitative and quantitative hydrological challenges. Willem holds an HBO degree in Hydrology and Water Management from Internationale Agrarische Hogeschool Larenstein, earned between 1990 and 1994.
