Tim Vaessen is an experienced ecologist with a diverse background in ecology and project leadership. Since January 2019, Tim has served as an Ecologist at Tauw Nederland. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader Ecology at Koenders & Partners adviseurs en procesmanagers bv and Co-Lead at the Task Force on Agrobiodiversity with the Ecosystem Services Partnership. Tim has also worked as a Life Insurance Agent at Nationale-Nederlanden and as a Freelance Project Coordinator, contributing to a feasibility plan for an açaí plantation in Suriname. Tim's academic background includes a Master of Science in Forest and Nature Conservation, with research conducted on plankton dynamics and wildlife behavior in Mongolia and Malaysia.
