Marloes Cruijsen has extensive experience in project management and team leadership, currently serving as Teammanager & Projectleider Bodem & Water at TAUW Nederland since March 2022. Prior roles at TAUW Nederland included Projectleider Bodem & Water and Projectmedewerker Bodem from September 2016 to February 2021. Marloes also gained experience in sales and consulting at Sport Thoma and ran ECOHIKE, where responsibilities included organizing activities and guiding excursions. Significant contributions were made to the establishment of Hotel Grossbach, managing construction, workforce planning, and administrative tasks. Additional experience includes administrative roles at CRV, along with internships and academic work at various organizations. Marloes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry and Nature Conservation from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
