Maikel Aragon van den Broeke is an experienced advisor in environmental and ecological management, currently serving as an Adviseur natuur at TAUW Nederland since February 2021. Prior roles include positions at Rijkswaterstaat, where Maikel worked as an Adviseur Eco-engineering for major projects and maintenance from July 2016 to February 2021, and at Tauw from May 2009 to June 2016, focusing on providing solutions for protected natural areas. In 2015, participation in the Kenya Classic fundraising event for Amref Flying Doctors highlighted involvement in initiatives aimed at improving water, sanitation, and health in Kenya. Maikel's educational background includes an MSc in Environmental Biology specializing in Natural Resources Management and a BSc in Biology from Utrecht University, complemented by earlier studies in Architecture and secondary education.
