Kyle Bailey is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in curriculum design, leadership development, and program management. As the Head of Programmes and Partnerships at Ark since September 2021, Kyle has built on a background that includes positions such as Associate Dean of Learning Design at Ambition Institute and Chair of Governors at King George V Primary School. Additional roles include Fellow of Expert Teaching Design at the Institute for Teaching and Curriculum Design Manager at Teach First. Kyle's early career featured impactful teaching positions at Tulsa Public Schools, where significant student achievement was demonstrated, and a role as Content Specialist for Teach For America. Academic credentials include a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara.
