Naif Al-Ossaimi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and Chief Vision Programs Support Officer at Tatweer Buildings Company since October 2018, Naif has previously held significant roles including Senior Advisor for Public Private Partnerships at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and various leadership positions at the National Water Company, where responsibilities spanned customer services, quality sector management, and privatization support. Naif began a career in procurement and mechanical construction with the Riyadh Water Directorate and the Saudi Binladen Group, respectively. Naif holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University and has further enhanced business acumen through a program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013.
