Charlotte Jackson CertRP is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Client Solutions at Tate Recruitment, where responsibilities include delivering Managed Service and Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions to Public Sector clients. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various leadership positions at Medacs Healthcare, successfully leading recruitment for nursing projects and managing the Test and Trace recruitment team during the COVID-19 pandemic. Charlotte has also made significant contributions to Tate Recruitment, launching the apprenticeship division and leading the London West End division. Earlier in Charlotte's career, roles included Principal Recruitment Manager at Office Angels and award-winning Consultant at Select Appointments. Charlotte's educational background includes studies at Woodhouse College and St Martha's Hadley Wood.
