Meghraj W. has significant experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as National Head Collections and Head of Service Operations at Tata Tele Business Services since July 2015, focusing on account receivables for enterprise and retail customers. Prior roles include Head Customer Service Operations at Tata Communications from August 2011 to May 2015, where responsibilities included base management and delivering superior customer experiences. Meghraj has also held leadership positions in retention and customer service at Reliance Communications and BPL Mobile, along with foundational roles in customer care at Hutchison Max Telecom. Education includes a Master’s in Political Science and an MBA in HRM, complemented by an LLB and various HR qualifications.
