Subrata Garai is a professional with extensive experience in the ceramics and refractory industry, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Subrata held various positions at JSWBPSL, including Assistant Manager and Assistant Engineer in Refractory, and has experience at Bhushan Power and Steel Limited in similar engineering roles. Subrata's career began as a Refractory Engineer at MICCO Construction, following an initial role as Project Assistant at the Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute. Subrata holds a Bachelor of Technology in Ceramic Technology from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and a Diploma in Ceramics from Visva Bharati.
