Shilpi S is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership. Currently serving as Head HRBP at Tata Steel since September 2024, Shilpi previously held the position of Chief People Officer and Chief Ethics Counsellor at The Indian Steel & Wire Products LTD from March 2015 to August 2024. Additional experience includes a role as Talent Manager at Cognizant in 2014, Lead Executive-HR at Aricent Technologies from June 2011 to December 2013, and Senior Executive-HR at NIIT Technologies Limited between June 2007 and June 2011. Shilpi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Marketing and Management (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Patna University.
