Monika Nidhi is a Senior Manager at Tata Steel since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in placement management from roles such as Placement Manager at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from March 2017 to June 2018, where Monika led the placements for the entire institute. Earlier, Monika served as an Associate Placement Coordinator at IIT Bombay and held the position of Joint Secretary with the Literary Society. Monika holds a Master of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology in the same field from BIT Sindri, along with previous academic achievements from the Indian Institute of Science and other educational institutions.
