Jose Korath has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as the Chief of Intelligent Systems & Mathematical Modelling and Head of the Automation Division at Tata Steel since July 1998. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited from September 1994 to June 1998. Academically, Jose holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Process System Engineering from the University of Sydney, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Master of Engineering (ME) in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), completed in 1994.
