Luc Bol has extensive experience in the iron and steel industry, holding various leadership positions at Tata Steel, including Director of Iron and Steel Optimization and Manufacturing Director for Iron, Steel, and Energy. Bol also served as Works Manager for Blast Furnaces in IJmuiden and was a board member of ORAM - Ondernemend Amsterdam. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geochemistry and Petrology from Utrecht University, completed between 1988 and 1990.
