Lene Bakker is an experienced professional in the steel production industry, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Tata Steel in Europe since April 2013. Previously held roles include Production Manager for Blast Furnaces and Improvement Consultant for Cost Liquid Steel, focusing on process analysis to enhance stability and reduce costs. Lene Bakker began at Tata Steel as a Graduation Intern and completed a two-year Technical Traineeship, executing multidisciplinary projects across various plants. Early career experience includes an internship at Heineken and a graphic design role at Onderwijs en studentenzaken TU Delft. Lene Bakker holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering and Logistics and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Delft University of Technology.
