Nirmal Swaminathan possesses extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mechanical engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager - BIM MEPF at Tata Projects since January 2024. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer - BIM at WSP in India from September 2019 to January 2024 and Project Lead at studio PARAMETRIC from September 2016 to August 2019. Nirmal's career includes positions as BIM Coordinator at SERVICE & TRADES-OMAN, Husky Injection Molding System, and BIM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., as well as experience as a BIM Engineer at MAYSOFT TECH and CAD Engineer at USAM Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Nirmal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ranippettai Engineering College, completed in 2006.
