Bijaya Basanta Behera is an experienced professional in the field of SAP Project Management, currently serving as Lead SAP PM - Manager at TATA Power since November 2020. This role involves leading digital transformation efforts through the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA 1909 EAM across four DISCOMs in Odisha. Prior to this, Bijaya held positions as Sr. Advisory Consultant at IBM, where work focused on customized apps for SAP S/4 HANA 1909 EAM, and as a Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra, overseeing SAP PM implementation for the world's largest coal producer.
