Kripa Kaur Sethi currently serves as a Lead Engineer at Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited since July 2023, having previously held the position of Graduate Engineering Trainee. Kripa's experience includes a role as Partnership Development Associate at AIESEC, where valuable skills in creative thinking and teamwork were developed through market research and client engagement. Additionally, a Data Science Internship at The Sparks Foundation involved designing a machine learning model to predict students' academic performance, which contributed to enhanced decision-making. Kripa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, completed in June 2023, and attended Alpha Junior College and Canossa High School prior to that.
