Nilotpal Bhattacharjee is an experienced professional in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Plant Head at Tata Consumer Products since September 2020, overseeing the Packeting Centre with a focus on safety, cost, quality, and continual improvement. Previously, Nilotpal has held positions at Unilever as a Production Executive and at PepsiCo as a Manufacturing Executive, where responsibilities included plant performance review, action planning for continuous improvement, production scheduling, and execution of changeovers. Nilotpal began the career as a Development Engineer at Abdos Lamitubes Private Limited and also worked at Hindustan Unilever Ltd as a Graduate Trainee in Instrumentation Engineering, gaining extensive expertise in instrumentation support and PLC programming. In addition, Nilotpal contributed as a Guest Lecturer at Assam Engineering College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the same institution, along with a diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
