Santosh Kadam is a seasoned professional in the mechanical engineering field, currently serving as Manager - Mechanical at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited since April 2021, with a focus on the ITER project as a Pre-Construction Engineer. In this capacity, Santosh is involved in configuration management, coordination activities, preparation of construction work packages, and material management. Prior to this, Santosh held the position of ITER Project Associate at ITER Organization from June 2019, specializing in pre-construction activities within a multicultural project environment. Earlier roles at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited included Assistant Manager, where analysis methodologies for seismic margin assessments were developed, and Senior Engineer and Assistant Engineer, focusing on piping engineering and deliverables. Santosh holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Design Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, completed in 2015.
