Sudipto Dutta is a technical professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, specializing in packet core and network operations. Currently serving as a Technical Lead for Service Assurance at Tata Communications, Sudipto oversees the daily operations and maintenance of PACO nodes, focusing on alarm rectification, traffic monitoring, and customer complaint resolution. Previously held positions as Assistant Manager in Incident Management and Packet Core at Vodafone Idea Limited, where responsibilities included emergency system configurations, KPI analysis, and incident handling. Additional experience includes operations and maintenance of VAS core nodes at Idea Cellular Ltd and technical support for GPRS and 2G/3G/4G data services at Adecco India. Sudipto holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
