Swathi R is a Structural Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from SRM Valliammai Engineering College, attained in 2020. Currently employed at Tata Communications Transformation Services since November 2023, Swathi has previously worked as a Structural Engineer at JACOB ENGINEERS LLP and Capital Engineering Consultancy, where involvement in major structural projects included an industrial warehouse shed in Oman and a fuel filling station in Umm al Quwain. Prior experience consists of Junior Structural Engineer duties focusing on the design and analysis of G+3 RCC structures and the design of signage boards in Dubai, utilizing design codes such as IS-456 and ASCE 7-05. Early career included in-plant training at NLC India Limited.
