Mansi Dave has extensive experience in patent analysis and intellectual property rights, currently serving as a Research Assistant-IPR at Tata Chemicals since March 2021, focusing on patent analysis and Biodiversity Act Regulations. Previously, Mansi worked as a Project Assistant-III at CSIR-URDIP from June 2019 to March 2020, specializing in patent searching and analysis, and as a Junior Analyst at Sci-Edge Abstract from November 2017 to January 2019, concentrating on the analysis of MARKUSH structures in patent claims. Mansi holds a Postgraduate Degree in Patent Law from NALSAR University, is a registered Indian Patent Agent from the Indian Patent Office, and possesses a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from R.C. Patel College of Pharmacy.
