Sridhar Sarathy holds significant leadership roles within Tata Capital as Chief Ethics Officer and Head of Sustainability and CSR, as well as serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager at Tata Motors and Divisional Manager at Tata International Ltd.
