Nikhil Shimpi is a seasoned professional in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of the TATA Ecosystem at Tata AIA Life Insurance since January 2021, focused on enhancing the well-being of TATA stakeholders through innovative insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Nikhil was Senior Vice President at Future Generali India Life Insurance, leading distribution training and partnership management. Nikhil's extensive experience includes significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities encompassed the growth of the bancassurance franchise and product strategy, as well as leadership roles at Bharti Axa Life Insurance and Tata AIG Life Insurance, driving sales and managing partnerships. Nikhil's career began in marketing with prominent firms such as Siemens and the Taj Group of Hotels.
