In his role as Vice President of Sales, he will lead the global teams that support the commercial MRO and commercial & defense OEM customer base worldwide including the various branches of the US and foreign defense agencies. Lars brings 20+ years of extensive global leadership experience within the defense and aviation industry, as well as other industrial markets. He comes to TAT Technologies after a long career at the Donaldson Company where is lead multiple global business in the industrial markets and A&D.

Lars holds a B.A. in International Business, as well as an Executive Management Diploma from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He is a native of Denmark, but has resided in the US over the last 28 years.
