Barry Startz has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and process improvement within the aviation industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of TAT Trading and Leasing and Senior Director of Operations & Commercial Business at TAT Piedmont since May 2019, Barry is responsible for all APU and Landing Gear Operations and Process Improvement. Prior to this, Barry held several leadership roles at TurbineAero, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, including Director of Inventory, Planning & Procurement and Global Director of LRU Operations, focusing on efficient material planning and expanding service capabilities. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Triumph Group as Operations/Purchasing Manager and Supply Chain/Operations Manager, emphasizing continuous process improvement and employee development, along with various managerial roles at Triumph Air Repair. Education was completed at the University of Phoenix.
