Rajeev Kumar Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and retail operations. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at TASVA, part of the Aditya Birla Group in collaboration with Tarun Tahiliani, since December 2022, Rajeev specializes in market mapping, NSO planning, property acquisition, franchise acquisition, and P&L management. Previously, Rajeev held the position of Retail Operation and Business Development Manager at Me N Moms Pvt. Ltd. from December 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included similar areas along with franchise store operations and merchandise planning. Earlier roles include Operation Manager for EBO and SIS at Pepe Jeans Innerfashion and Retail Operation and Business Development Executive at Mufti Jeans. Rajeev holds a PGDM in Marketing and Human Resource from INJ Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from K.B. High School.
