Simon Grove is currently the Senior Curator of Invertebrate Zoology at Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. Simon has a strong background in forestry and conservation, having previously worked as a Manager in the Sustainability Branch at Forestry Tasmania and as a Conservation Biologist at James Cook University. Simon also has experience in field research, training, and education in various organizations such as EU-Uganda Forest Management and Conservation Programme, National Trust, and Nature Conservancy Council. Simon holds a PhD in Forest Ecology from James Cook University, an MSc in Forestry and its relation to land use from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth.
