Anand Prakash is a skilled Workforce Management professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles. Currently, Anand serves as the Director of Workforce Management at TaskUs since July 2021. Prior experience includes multiple positions at FIS from May 2012 to July 2021, progressing from Assistant Manager to Service Delivery Lead in Workforce Management. Anand has also contributed to Vertex Customer Services in multiple consultancy and analytical roles from 2003 to 2012 and began the career as an Analyst at CSC. Anand holds an Advanced Certification in AI/ML from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad and a degree from Delhi University.
