M. Jamara Alton B has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2022, they worked as an Event Specialist and Host at Pre-Dating Speed Dating. They also held the role of a Sales Associate at Buying.com, where they managed direct sales, presented and engaged in email marketing, and worked with food distribution and logistics. In the same year, M. Jamara Alton B founded The Soul Food Directory, a Black-owned restaurant directory website that provided banner ads, Google AdSense, and additional content for members.

Prior to these roles, M. Jamara Alton B worked as a Brand Specialist at Winetasters Choice Promotions in 2022.
