Carl Carver is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and public relations. Currently employed at TAS Group since October 2021, Carl works on the bespoke payments issuer application Paystorm, which provides various financial solutions across multiple countries. Previously, Carl contributed to the Websphere Commerce team at DeeperThanBlue from June 2018 to July 2021, implementing custom features for a prominent international client. Prior to that, Carl founded Blackstar PR, offering innovative public relations and communications consultancy. Carl also held roles in the music industry, including Head of Promotions at Showcase Records, where Carl established an independent record label and successfully promoted artists. Academically, Carl holds a Master of Science in Software Systems and Internet Technology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music from the University of Westminster.
