Fleur Therese Saguid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the APAC Director of Talent at Tarro since January 2025, Fleur has held various leadership roles, including President and Managing Partner at Talent Tree Solutions since January 2017, and multiple senior positions at Kumu from October 2021 to December 2024. Previous roles include Vice President of People and Culture at Uploan PH, Group HR Manager at Snapcart, and People Operations Head at First Circle. Fleur began a career in HR with roles at Zomato, Vocus, Monde Nissin Corporation, and Philippine Airlines, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas in 2011.
