Shannon Watters

Adjunct Professor at Tarrant County College District

Shannon Watters is an accomplished dance educator and choreographer with extensive experience in teaching, choreography, and administration. Since June 2004, Shannon has been an Instructor, Choreographer, Competition Team Director, and Administrator at the Academy of Dance Arts, specializing in various dance styles for ages 5-18. Additionally, Shannon has served as an Adjunct Professor at Tarrant County College and Texas Woman's University, teaching dance appreciation and anatomy for dancers. As a certified Pilates instructor through Power Pilates, Shannon conducts mat, reformer, and private sessions. Shannon has also held notable positions such as Treasurer for the Dallas Repertoire Ballet and participated as a company member and choreographer for Dallas Dance Company. With a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Jacksonville University and a background in finance, Shannon combines artistic talent with professional expertise.
