Brian Brown is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a strong background in property management and maintenance operations. Currently serving as a Roving Maintenance Supervisor at Tarragon Property Services since June 2015, Brian oversees preventative and unit property inspections, manages the roving maintenance team, and ensures work quality and performance standards. Previously, as Director of Maintenance at Oceancrest and Dreamscape Condominiums, Brian effectively managed budgets, identified maintenance needs, and oversaw capital projects, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. Brian's career traces back to Stripe Rite Inc., where as a Foreman, responsibilities included scheduling, training, and supervising crews to meet safety and quality expectations. Brian holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Bellevue College and a high school diploma from Mount Si High School.
