Rusty Joyce has a diverse work experience in the flooring industry. Rusty started their career at Milliken & Company in 1987 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked for over 20 years. In 2008, they joined Tarkett as a Senior Vice President of Sales for Tandus Centiva - Desso, a role they held for over 10 years. In 2019, they moved to Brintons as the President of the Americas, and in 2022, they became the President of Tarkett Commercial.

Rusty Joyce earned an MBA degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Bradley University, graduating with a degree in Business and a specialization in Marketing between 1983 and 1987.
