Patti Cruse has a diverse work experience in the flooring industry. Patti began their career in 2002 as an architectural/design specifier at Resource Arizona, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Account Executive at Allsteel. In 2007, they joined Tarkett North America, Tandus Flooring, and Tarkett: Tandus Centiva and Desso Hospitality, all as an Account Executive. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President, Strategic Accounts|Workplace Western Division at Tarkett starting in September 2019.

Patti Cruse obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the years 1980-1984. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in CoreNet Global Chapter Leaders from CoreNet Global in March 2021.
