Mauro Compagnoni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Australia/New Zealand at Tarkett since May 2017, Mauro has a strong focus on innovative flooring and sustainable solutions. Prior to this role, Mauro was self-employed as an owner builder, managing a residential housing development project. From August 1996 to September 2015, Mauro held multiple leadership positions at Tennant Company, culminating in the role of Vice President and Managing Director for Asia Pacific, where initiatives were focused on sustainable cleaning solutions. Mauro's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from Macquarie Business School, a Professional Diploma in Digital Strategy and Planning from the Digital Marketing Institute, and ongoing executive leadership training at London Business School.
