Dragan Marceta has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for the TEE & Asia Division at Tarkett since October 2005. Previously, Dragan held titles such as Vice President of HR for the EMEA & LATAM Division and HR VP for Tarkett Eastern Europe. Prior roles include Area Human Resources Director, overseeing HR functions for Tarkett doo, and Human Resources Director, where responsibilities included HR, safety, and corporate security. Dragan began a career in the military as a Military Officer from July 1994 to October 2005, contributing a background in leadership and organizational management to the corporate sector.
