Dirk Rieger

Dirk Rieger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dirk is currently serving as the Head of Customer Service and Supply Chain Central Europe at Tarkett, where they focus on strengthening customer relationships and improving the customer journey. Prior to this, Rieger held managerial positions at Tarkett Holding GmbH, where they led the Technical Department and Customer Service teams. Dirk was responsible for restructuring processes, integrating systems, and introducing digital tools for consulting and service calls. Before joining Tarkett, Rieger worked at VAG-Group as Manager of Commercial Projects and Head of SCM Export Division. In these roles, they managed international project teams, implemented commercial strategies, and ensured compliance with company processes. Rieger also gained experience at KLN Ultraschall AG as a Project Manager, overseeing ultrasonic cleaning and plastic processing/welding projects. Dirk started their career as a Design Draftsman at UNIPO GmbH and later worked as a Graduating Student at Merck KGaA and as a Trainee at Merck Group. Rieger also served as a Project Assistant at IBN Neugebauer and as a Design Draftsman at Incoe Corporation.

Dirk Rieger received a Dipl.-Wi.Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Hochschule Darmstadt between 2003 and 2007. Dirk also obtained a Design draftsman degree in Maschinen- und Anlagenbau from Professional School Offenbach from 2001 to 2003. In addition, they are a QM qualified person certified by the German TUV, which was obtained in 2009 from TUV SUD.
