Ashley Korbas has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Sr. Talent & Org Effectiveness Program Manager and HR Business Partner at Tarkett since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at InnoSource from April 2015 to February 2019, including Director and Account Manager/Recruiter, focusing on placing top candidates in client-specific roles. Earlier career contributions at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana spanned from August 2007 to April 2015, progressing from Development Intern to Senior Director of Corporate Relations, where Ashley developed and led campaigns to engage corporate partners and high-net-worth individuals. Ashley graduated from Ohio University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Human and Consumer Science.
