Randa Naser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations, technical writing, and translation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Relation Management Executive and Technical Writer at Aramex since October 2022, Randa has also held positions as a Translator at Tarjama since February 2018, and in various roles at Microsoft, Integrated Technology Group (ITG), and other organizations. Notable accomplishments include supervising a technical writing team, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective project coordination. Randa possesses a Master’s degree in English Language Translation from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor's degree from Birzeit University, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in language and literature.
