Val Khotemlyansky has over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and product management. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as a Branch Manager and Senior Financial Advisor for Mati (Business Development Center). In 1999, they became Business Consulting Unit Manager for Shiluvim Ltd. (Subsidiary of Menorah Gaon Holdings Ltd.). From 2002 to 2004, they worked as Business Development and Marketing Officer for TEC Israel Ltd. During their time at Strategy Runner from 2004 to 2007, they served as Financial/Marketing Manager and was instrumental in improving the company's income from less than $500K to $5M over a 24-month period. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Social Media Architect (SMA) for VALI, LLC. Most recently, they have been working as Chief Product Officer for Targetings Inc. since 2022, leading with full cycle product development from concept to the launch of a new solution, Communities. Targetings is actively seeking investment to support market fit, followed by scaling and market expansion.
Val Khotemlyansky obtained a B.Sc. Agr. in Economics and Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1991 and 1994. Val then continued their education at the same university, earning an M.Sc.Agr. in Economics and Management between 1998 and 2002. Val also holds certifications from Google and PMI, including a Google Analytics Qualification (IQ) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
