Julia Davis is an experienced professional with a background in administration and congressional liaison roles. Currently serving as an Office Administrator at Targeted Victory since March 2022, Julia has previously worked as a Congressional Liaison at both the U.S. Geological Survey and the U.S. Department of Education from 2006 to 2009. Julia's earlier career includes a position as a Gift Analyst at The White House from June 2004 to December 2005. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Texas Christian University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
