Susi Forsans is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guest advocacy, climate action, education, and marketing. Currently serving as a Guest Advocate at Target since May 2019, Susi ensures exceptional guest experiences. Previously, Susi held the role of Business & Legislative Action Manager at Citizens' Climate Lobby, focusing on clean climate and energy solutions from December 2020 to December 2023. In the educational sector, Susi worked as an Individualized Education Program Manager for Independent School Districts from August 2009 to June 2019, advocating for quality education access for all students. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director for the French-American Chamber of Commerce MN in early 2012 and working as a Marketing Manager for multiple publishers and booksellers from 1994 to 2000. Susi holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature from Stanford University, a Graduate Licensure in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Arts in Publishing Studies from NYU Gallatin, and has studied German Language and Literature at Freie Universität Berlin.
