Rilee Price is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager at Target, leading two high-performing software engineering teams focused on building full-stack web applications for space and presentation planning within stores. With a strong collaborative approach, Rilee spearheads the Space & Presentation Analytics team, working closely with data science partners to enhance decision-making for merchandising through real-time optimization models. Rilee has also participated in Target's Engineering Manager Inclusion Program, gaining formal leadership training and successfully building and managing a team of engineers. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where Rilee played a key role in architecting and developing Target's Self-Checkout solution. Rilee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fort Hays State University.
