Gemma Kubat has extensive experience in various roles in the retail and financial services industry. At Target, Gemma currently serves as the SVP & President of Financial and Retail Services, overseeing a significant amount of credit card revenue and sales. Prior to their current role, Gemma held key positions at Walmart and Asda, where Gemma played crucial roles in process design, automation, supply chain engineering, and project management. Gemma holds a BscEcon degree in Politics and Sociology from Swansea University.
